Leadership is not a rank, it's a choice!
By developing conscious leaders that take responsibility of their local communities.
Training programs that help to develop the right skills to become a transcendent leader.
We believe that this development must start at an early stage so we developed programs that start as early as 5 years old.
As well as we understand that only through consistency and a persistent training we are able to establish this new behavior.
The entire content of our program is not only based on how our brain works, but we are also able to prove how each concept is perceived by the brain and how it impacts our behavior. This is how we are able to affect change on people's behaviors.

21st Century Skills
These skills divide in three main groups: “Life and career skills”; “learning and innovation skills”; “information, media and technology skills”. Terminology “21st century skills” is frequently used in the educational environment to refer to a set of skills and competences that overwhelms what have been thought of in today's schooling system. (Kurshan & McManus, 2017). “More importantly, students need these skills because employers across a huge variety of industries increasingly demand them” (Kurshan & McManus, 2017).
How today's students can stay competitive in a changing job market
The 4 C's
According to OECD “Students will need to apply their knowledge in unknown and evolving circumstances. For this, they will need a broad range of skills, including cognitive and meta-cognitive skills (e.g. critical thinking, creative thinking, learning to learn and self-regulation); social and emotional skills (e.g. empathy, self-efficacy and collaboration); and practical and physical skills (e.g. using new information and communication technology devices).”(Future of Education and skills - Education 2030)
TLA’s program is carefully designed to respond to the OECD suggestions covering all the 21st century skills defined internationally.
