By developing conscious leaders that take responsibility of their local communities.
Training programs that help to develop the right skills to become a transcendent leader.
We believe that this development must start at an early stage so we developed programs that start as early as 5 years old.
As well as we understand that only through consistency and a persistent training we are able to establish this new behavior.
The entire content of our program is not only based on how our brain works, but we are also able to prove how each concept is perceived by the brain and how it impacts our behavior. This is how we are able to affect change on people's behaviors.

Alpha
Alpha Transcendent Student
Program focused on basic education students following the division of their three age cycles.
An introductory view on the functioning of the brain and its impact on the construction of habits, character formation and reasoning.
Taught by coaches specialized in the corresponding age groups, with accessible language and playful dynamics, facilitating the fixation of acquired knowledge.
It is the principle of preparation for our leaders of tomorrow
Teen
Teen Transcendent Student
Program focused on high school teenagers.
The concepts here are deepened, bringing reflections and discernment providing students with a significant foundation to make choices and understand the process that leads them to decide.
It is fundamental in this moment of transition that they face during adolescence.
Language adapted to the age group and connection with young people, is one of the commitments of our coaches in order to encourage the curiosity and commitment of the class.
Junior
Junior Transcendent Student
Program focused on university students that aims to prepare them to deal with the new roles and positions that adult life brings to them.
Based on the dictates of Neurolinguist Programming and Neuroscience. Increased performance, clarity of roles, attitude and positioning in personal and professional life.
Leadership is not a position or rank, but a way of being.
We awaken this behavior in the participants who will quickly reap the rewards of this choice!

Tutors Transcendent Educator
It is not enough to train children without including the most important people in this “who am I?” that each one lives in his own way, often alone throughout life.
Specialized program for parents, teachers and educators who play a fundamental role in the personal construction of young people.
It aims to clarify the concepts presented to their children and students, giving participants a basis for discussions and reflections, enabling exchange, continuous and mutual learning.
Able to generate greater empathy, approximation, identification and consequently a better relationship between teachers and students, parents and children.

These skills divide in three main groups: “Life and career skills”; “learning and innovation skills”; “information, media and technology skills”. Terminology “21st century skills” is frequently used in the educational environment to refer to a set of skills and competences that overwhelms what have been thought of in today's schooling system. (Kurshan & McManus, 2017). “More importantly, students need these skills because employers across a huge variety of industries increasingly demand them” (Kurshan & McManus, 2017).
